DONATION POLICY

The Texas Brotherhood Ride is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 47-4499737. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and every online gift receives an emailed receipt.

Where your gift goes: other than the cost of running the ride, all donations go to the families of the first responders we honor. No one is paid for their time; every rider and support member gives up time with their family and work to take part.

Processing fees: online gifts are processed securely by Wix Payments. You may choose to cover the processing fee so your full gift reaches the families.

Monthly gifts: to change or cancel a Brotherhood 365 monthly gift at any time, email honor@txbhr.com.

Refunds: if you made a gift in error, email honor@txbhr.com and the board will review your request.

Merchandise: purchases from our shop support the ride but are not tax-deductible donations.

Privacy: we never sell or share donor information.
